Leadership Basics

This two-day course builds on the internal work of Leadership Fundamentals and moves you into the external realities of leadership. You will explore how to build trust, create accountability, and guide people toward shared goals. Participants deepen their leadership practice by focusing on communication, decision-making, team dynamics, and adaptive leadership strategies. 

Please note: Completion of Leadership Fundamentals is required prior to enrolling in Leadership Basics. 

By the end of the course, you will understand how to adjust your leadership style to meet real-world challenges while staying grounded in your values. This course is ideal for those stepping into new responsibilities, managing others, or looking to strengthen their day-to-day leadership in practical settings.

Program Details: 

Cohort 1: October 9 and 10 

Cohort 2: November 6 and 7 

Schedule: Thursday and Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM 

Location: In person 

Length: 2 Days 

Fee: $750 (limited scholarships available) 

Enrollment Goal: 20 participants per cohort 

Prerequisite: Completion of Leadership Fundamentals  

What to Expect: This is not a one-size-fits-all training. It is a hands-on experience that helps you apply what you know about yourself to the real work of leading others. Sessions are grounded in practical tools, shared learning, and real-life scenarios that mirror the challenges leaders face every day.
