Course Overview: Leadership is not only about who you are. It is about how you lead. This two-day course focuses on the external work of leadership: building trust, shaping culture, and aligning people toward a shared direction. Participants examine the systems that support effective leadership by exploring employee attitudes, team dynamics, and organizational performance.
Designed as the next step after Leadership Fundamentals, this course helps turn personal insight into practical action. Through guided activities and case-based learning, participants explore how communication, accountability, and clarity help leaders respond to the real challenges of leading others. The course draws on situational leadership theory to equip leaders with the flexibility to adjust their style in response to team resistance, changing expectations, and evolving circumstances while remaining grounded in their values.
By the end of the course, participants have a deeper understanding of how to lead in complex environments. Whether managing a team, stepping into new responsibilities, or looking to strengthen a current approach, this experience provides the mindset and tools needed to lead with intention and deliver meaningful results.
